How to Play Sudoku

Sudoku is a logic-based number puzzle. Fill the 9×9 grid so that each row, column, and 3×3 box contains digits 1 through 9 exactly once.

Controls

• Click a cell to select it
• Type a number (1-9) or click the number buttons below
• Press Delete/Backspace to clear a cell
• Toggle Notes mode to add pencil marks

Strategy

• Scanning: Look for rows, columns, or boxes where a number can only go in one place
• Elimination: If a cell can only be one number, fill it in
• Notes: Use pencil marks to track possibilities in harder puzzles
