NitroPlayer (nitroplayer.com) is a free online games website operated by RP NET MEDIA SRL, Romania ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

NitroPlayer offers free browser games you can play alone, against other players online, or with a friend through a private link. Games, features and content may change, be added or be removed at any time.

Opponents and characters

When no other player is available, matches may be played against computer-controlled opponents. Characters in single-player games are computer-generated, and their chat messages are generated automatically.

Characters have names, avatars and personalities for fun. Their levels and records come from games actually played on the site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • cheat, exploit bugs, or use scripts or automated tools to play or to manipulate scores, XP or leaderboards;
  • harass, insult or threaten other players, or post unlawful, hateful or sexual content (including in usernames and chat);
  • share other people's personal information, or ask other players for theirs;
  • attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers;
  • use the site for advertising, spam or any commercial purpose without our permission.

We may remove content, reset scores, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Accounts

You can play as a guest; a guest profile is kept in your browser through a cookie. You may choose to register a username and password. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Usernames must not impersonate others or be offensive. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Virtual items and progress

XP, levels, titles, streaks, badges, league positions and any other virtual items or progress have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and are not your property. We may adjust or reset them, for example to fix errors or abuse.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, code, graphics and texts belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial play only.

No warranty

The site is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your progress or scores will always be saved.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of data or progress, or any damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
